As part of the project entitled Update of Interactive Forms for Electronic Submission for Insolvency Proceedings, the Finance Ministry published a new form of the Claim Application and instructions for filling it in on the Justice website.

With regard to the fact that more than 330,000 applications are processed annually and this year the Ministry expects their further increase due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the new form is intended to promise a simplification of the administration and lower printing and archiving costs.

The form enables passing on machine-readable data in the XML format into the applications of insolvency managers. Insolvency managers previously had to copy every application into their applications, in which insolvency proceedings are managed, which significantly increased the error rate as well as the overall demands on insolvency administration. Creditors will newly have a certainty that the claim application will get into the reports of the insolvency administrator unchanged.
