Due to the unfavourable development of the pandemic and worries about the spreading of new mutations of the coronavirus, new rules for travelling to the Czech Republic came into effect on 5 February 2021. The rules also apply for the return of our citizens to their homeland. In all cases, with the exception of return from the “green” countries, people must submit to testing. The types of performed tests and number of their repetition differ depending on which country a person is coming from. In addition, self-isolation or quarantine of a certain duration is necessary in the case of the “red and deep red” countries. You can find more detailed information here.
