The Chamber of deputies adopted an amendment to the Act on the Czech Trade Inspection Authority which gives significantly more powers to the inspectors. During specific inspections such as promotional events, used car sales, and collections of materials, CTIA inspectors will be allowed to use a different identity. They will be allowed to enter locked storehouses as well which means more effective inspections of market places, for example. Newly, operators of webhosting will be obliged to identify those who use and pay for their web spaces. If the amendment is approved by the Senate and signed by the president, it should take effect this November already
