We provide services that are both technical and professional. The main advantages of outsourced financial accounting include confidentiality in data processing and accountant substitutability. We mainly use 6K, Helios and SAP software but can also work in our clients’ software, e.g. ABRA, Navision, Pohoda, etc., if requested.

We prefer so-called paperless accounting where all documents are transferred to us electronically through our digital gateway. This way, we create your electronic archive (with an electronic time stamp, it fully replaces a paper archive) that is always available to you. We will set up your internal approval processes that will be transferred from paper to digital form and we will streamline your internal approval processes for received invoices. We also have a paperless solution for processing travel expense statements, card payments and cash payments. At your request, we can prepare comprehensible monthly reporting. Financial accounting

• Continuous financial accounting;
  Preparation of monthly/quarterly/ financial statements, including VAT and related reports;
