The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has issued an update to Decree No.467/2022 Coll., in which it introduced a new, lower average price of diesel fuel for the purposes of refund for fuel consumed. The amount of refund has been reduced from the original CZK 44.10 per litre of diesel fuel to CZK 34.40. The new rate took effect on 1 July 2023. An update of the Decree was published in the Collection of Laws under No. 191/2023 Coll.
