In the middle of March, the finance minister negotiated with representatives of other EU countries at the informal Ecofin video conference, discussing mainly taxation of digital economy.
In the future, governments want to achieve that supranational Internet corporations would pay taxes in the countries, where they offer their digital services and other products and not in the countries, where they reside. The result may be a complex reform of the taxation of profits of supranational corporations. We will thus need to wait for the result for some time, still.
