In the past, we have informed you that the Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA) is digitalizing the agenda in the area of determining legal jurisdiction (the so-called A1 forms). CSSA has now announced that it has launched applications for the A1 form via the online service “Application for determination of applicable legislation”. It is now possible to apply for determination of jurisdiction through both the online service and interactive forms. These services (applications and forms) are available in both Czech and English versions of the CSSA ePortal.
