A decree on setting the basic foreign meal allowance rates for 2022 has been published in the Collection of Laws under number 462/2021. It takes effect as of 1 January 2022. There have been changes to meal allowance rates in several countries, including EU Member States. In our area, for example, the rate for meals when travelling to France is changing from EUR 45 to EUR 50, in case of Croatia, Hungary and Romania it increases from EUR 35 to EUR 40.
