On 5 April 2023, an amendment to Government Decree No. 221/2019 Coll., was published in the Collection of Laws under No. 89/2023 Coll., amending the implementation of certain provisions of the Investment Incentives Act, as amended. We have already informed you about the changes brought by this amendment in our article. The amendment will be effective as of 20 April 2023, i.e. plans to obtain an investment incentive submitted from that date will already be governed by the amended text of the Regulation.
