We would like to inform you about the upcoming merger between:

Grant Thornton Tax & Accounting s.r.o., ID No. 080 61 068, with registered office at Pujmanové 1753/10a, Nusle, 140 00 Prague 4, file No. C 312318, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague ("disappearing organisation")

and Grant Thornton Czech Republic s.r.o. company ID No. 081 68 733, with registered office at Pujmanové 1753/10a, Nusle, 140 00 Praha 4, file No. C 390866, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague ("acquiring organisation"), which will occur as a result of the merger.

Within the above-mentioned merger, the legal form of the acquiring organisation is changed from a joint stock company to a limited liability company.

The merger will be registered on 30 September 2023 and on that date Grant Thornton Tax & Accounting s.r.o. will be deleted from the Commercial Register.

This is a purely technical step aimed at completing the integration process within the Grant Thornton Group in the Czech Republic, continuously improving our services and increasing overall efficiency.
