On 13 April, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) published the procedure for transferring excessive economic benefit to the state budget.

A large entrepreneur must submit the report on the assessment of the occurrence of excessive economic benefit to the Ministry of Industry and Trade electronically via the AIS information system of the MoIT, which is available here.  Reports can be submitted from 9am on 20 April 2023.

The payment of the excess economic benefit shall be paid into the bank account of the Customs Office for the Capital City of Prague. Detailed instructions on the above can be found on the website of the MoIT.
