The Finance Ministry has decided not to extend the VAT waiver for filter masks and respirators of protection class FFP2 and higher. The waiver on VAT thus ended as of 31 December 2021.
You can find more information here. Please note that the temporary (two-month) VAT exemption for gas and electricity supplies ended on 31 December 2021 as well, and an amendment to the law allowing the exemption to be applied for another period has not been approved.
