New EU legislation – the right to repair of goods and the Ecodesign RegulationAdam Simota is a junior associate, and his practice focuses mainly on commercial and corporate law, litigation, IT law and matters with a constitutional law overlap.
Adam has been working at GT Legal since 2021. He has also served as a legal advisor to the non-profit organization Navigo Praha in assisting Ukrainian refugees and completed an internship at the Criminal Policy Department of the Ministry of Justice.
Adam graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where he is currently pursuing his PhD degree.
In addition to Czech, he is fluent in English and Russian.
