David is the Business Unit Leader for Compliance Services. He is a leading expert in the field of Compliance, implementation of Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and anti-corruption management systems. He manages CMS implementation projects, pre-certification consulting, guides clients to meet the requirements of the relevant ISO standards for compliance and oversees the entire certification process.
He is one of the first certified auditors for ISO 37001 and ISO 37301 standards in the Czech Republic. He is also the first ever certified implementer of ISO 37301 on our market. He is also responsible for investigation projects, forensic audits using forensic technologies and tools across industries, in both the private and the public sector. He also covers the area of Business Intelligence for a wide range of clients from different industries.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton Advisory, he co-founded and was involved in the management and development of Screening Solutions until its successful merger with Grant Thornton Advisory. Prior to that, he worked for Air France and KLM, then moved to Ernst & Young, where he worked on employee crime investigations, forensic audits, and the design and implementation of fraud prevention systems.
He speaks fluent English and Italian. He also has basic knowledge of German and French.
