Jaroslav Dvořák holds the post of senior manager in the business valuation department. His professional focus is mainly the valuation of companies and their assets, specialising in companies in the energy sector. He further specialises in financial planning and calculations. Last but not least, he focuses on valuation for the purposes of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation (IPEV) Guidelines.
Jaroslav is a licensed valuer for valuation of financial assets, businesses, tangible and intangible assets. Jaroslav has participated in a number of projects in the Czech Republic and abroad.
He has been working in valuation for more than 15 years. He graduated from the Prague University of Economics, his main specialisation being finance and accounting. He speaks Czech and English.
