Presenting our German DeskJiří focuses primarily on strategic business development projects, finding new business models and business channels, including defining and calculating the potential of target clients. He is experienced in defining business strategies and setting up new business/management models to develop hidden or new potential. He has also been involved in several segmentation and targeting projects to maximize the use of direct customers. Jiří also works on projects focusing on cost and pricing models that help the clients gain insight into their business management and uncover any hidden loss/profit in their own numbers. The typical clients, with whom Jiří works, include small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational companies with cross-border operations or ministries, where he helps to define the potential of market development as such.
During his previous career he gained experience in the consulting department of IQVIA (formerly QuintilesIMS) in the field of pharmaceuticals and pharmacology, focusing on regulatory support for clients as well as on strategic and marketing development activities (segmentation, targeting, re-export).
Jiří has been working in consulting for more than five years. He graduated in Management with a specialization in Consulting from the University of Economics in Prague.
