Jiří Jakoubek

Jiří Jakoubek is a founding partner of Grant Thornton and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He works primarily in the field of taxes, where he is responsible for managing the transfer pricing department.​

Jiří focuses on restructuring and setting transfer prices for medium-sized, large Czech,  foreign companies and multinational corporations from various industries. He deepened his professional career by participating in the curricula of training agencies and state administration.​

​In his academic activities, he deals with issues of transfer prices of corporate groups, especially in the area of forms of financing holding structures. He also publishes on these topics in Czech and foreign professional journals.​

Jiří also works at the Department of Finance and Business Valuation.​

He is an expert appointed by court in the field of transfer pricing.​

He speaks Czech and English.
