Michal Houška works at Grant Thornton Advisory in the position of Manager at the Transformation Service Unit.
His primary focus is on complex management of large IT projects and project programmes. He has extensive experience in managing diverse projects, particularly in IT, banking and telecommunications.
In the course of his work, he has gained experience at ČSOB, where he worked for more than seven years and focused primarily on project and programme management. He further developed his skills as a Project Manager at T-Mobile, Komerční banka and at Operátor ICT, where, among others, he managed the extensive programme Portál Pražana. Michal has been working in project management for more than 12 years.
Michal holds the PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner international project management certificates.
Michal graduated from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague (with the Ing. degree), he majored in Corporate Finance.
