How will the planned amendment to the Labour Code increase flexibility in the labour market?Veronika Odrobinová is an attorney at law specialised in employment law, banking & finance, M&A and corporate law. She is the founding partner of GT Legal, having been previously engaged for more than 20 years in several international law firms. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, she also attended an annual study programme dedicated to EU law at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University in Toulouse. In addition to her legal practice, she is also active in lecturing and publishing. She lectures, for example, for education agency VOX and publishing house Forum. She is also a co-author of “Commentary to Labour Code” published by C. H. Beck (2018). She is a mediator of collective bargaining disputes appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Vice-Chairman of Czech Employment Lawyers Association which associates attorneys at law specialised in employment law. Veronika is recommended in employment law in the Chambers international rankings. In addition to her native Czech, she is fluent in English and French.
