Vojta Fried is a Manager at Grant Thornton and part of the Energy Advisory team. He focuses on projects in e-mobility, energy services innovation, setting up business strategies and business processes, and business development. He has practical experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and their financing from European subsidies.
Vojta started his professional career as an analyst and later as a senior consultant in consulting, where he focused on strategy development and implementation of sales plans and M&A projects. His clients included companies from the banking, automotive and energy sectors. Subsequently, he worked at Pražská energetika (a member of the EnBW Group) for seven years, where he was responsible for developing corporate strategy and later founded the E-mobility department, which oversaw the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Recently, he has focused on integrating this innovative segment into the standard corporate structures of a large energy group. He has been working in the energy sector for 10 years.
He graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc. He is fluent in English.
