This year will indeed be very generous in the amount of subsidy support for entrepreneurs as well as the public sector, in the areas of energy savings, photovoltaics, hydrogen technologies, infrastructure, digitalization, innovation and other. Subsidies will be available under the National Recovery Plan, the Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness, the Integrated Regional Operational Programme, the Modernisation Fund, the Operational Programme Transport, the Operational Programme Environment, the National Programme Environment and the Programme of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
The first new calls of this year come from the National Recovery Plan programme, where a total of over CZK 170bn will be distributed. This programme aims to revive the economy after the pandemic and support investments in green and digital transformation, green transition, safe transport, decarbonisation, clean mobility, water, education, social services, science and preventive healthcare. Applications will be open to businesses and the public sector throughout the Czech Republic.

It is now possible to submit applications under the New Green Savings Programme – residential and family houses.
The programme document of the Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness for the period 2021 to 2027 (OP TAK) was submitted to the European Commission for approval at the end of 2021 already. According to the latest information from the MoIT, the first calls will probably be announced this May. A total of CZK 81.5bn will be allocated to individual activities by the year 2027. The iam of the programme to increase the added value and productivity of SMEs in particular, and will also support innovative projects and projects facilitating the transition to a sustainable and digital economy. Applications for support in this programme will be open to companies from all over the Czech Republic outside the capital city of Prague.

This programme supports projects that contribute to environmental protection and there are a number of open calls for the public sector.
